Loved my experience here. :) Workers were very friendly. Drinks were delicious. We got - breakfast burrito w/ salsa (it was FAAAT) - iced chai - cinnamon brown sugar iced latte everything was very delicious!

It’s a jazzy little function. Great place for breakfast, or to study. They play jazz music and it isn’t noisy in there. I come here for their roasted coffee beans. They also offer almond milk, coconut milk, and soy milk. They roast their own beans in their shop and you could smell it from the moment you enter. I highly recommend this cute breakfast and coffee joint.

Such a great Ankeny institution. I have been going here for years. Excellent food, friendly service and a great place to work while getting some of the best coffee in Iowa. They roast their own coffee beans on site - you won’t get that at Starbucks.

Didn’t know until recently that Cafe Diem offered such great breakfast! Very large portions and exceptional taste. The cinnamon roll pancakes were fluffy and the whip cream has to be the real deal cause it’s texture and flavor is top notch. Food was ready quickly and served perfectly to order. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice cozy cafe I enjoyed my latte and my wife was really happy they still had pumpkin spice latte! The breakfast burrito was really good and the hash browns were cooked perfectly. Definitely a good stop for breakfast/brunch!

I am biased with this place because my family stops here most Sunday mornings and we just find it so cozy. The seasonal drinks are fun and the breakfast sandwiches are really good. My only wish is for some less sweet drinks for people who enjoy the taste of coffee. Many of their flavors sound fun to me, but when I get them, I feel like I'm drinking a piece of cake in latte form. I gravitate toward a plain cold brew with seasonal cold foam for a little less sweetness.

This place is a great spot to begin your day or take a break in the middle of a busy one. Kindness all over, a good overall vibe that surfaces due to the layout and spacing. I loved my breakfast burrito. Workspace available, but it can get crowded. WiFi. Drive-through. Tabitha is terrific.

Their eggs are great here. I am not certain why they are so much better than many other restaurants. I ordered bacon and paid for it but it was missed in delivery. I didn't want to bother, so at my fault, because I was in a hurry for work. Excellent tasting coffee as well. I would definitely frequent this place.
